Nest thermostat compatibility

I tried to chat with support but chat was not working. Attached is a pic of my wiring in the wall. Will this be compatible with a nest thermostat?

Your current thermostat is only compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd Gen.

You want to use the bottom labels for "Heat Pump." Just match the label except for the black wire labeled L. That wire isn't used and should be taped off.

I have a split unit (heat pump is separate from other unit). Would I use the bottom or top labels?

Je ne sais pas à quoi correspond ces deux fil malheureusement.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble still. We have limited information on HVAC systems, and I would recommend contacting a pro for further help. They would be able to review your system, and determine what the functions of the wires do. I know this is not the most ideal answer, but please let me know if you have any questions from here.

Bonjour à tous, 

Comme neilm3050 je cherche à savoir si mon installation serait compatible. 

J'ai 4 fils qui arrive sur mon thermostat actuel (Siemens). Phase (Rouge) + Neutre (Bleu). 

 1 fil noir sur une bornier Q11 et un gris sur un bornier Q14. 

Par avance merci!

PS : je n'ai réussi à mettre de photo.
