Nest thermostat compatibility

With the wiring here - whats the best way to connect the nest . It’s a heat pump with  Honeywell home thermostat RTH6360D1002

Just match up the wires to the same terminals on the Nest.

Looks like brown is your O/B

Red should go to Rc (do not put any jumper wires on the Nest).

White to W1.

Match up the rest of the wires.
