Nest thermostat cycling outside condenser

I just installed a nest 3rd Gen learning thermostat. This is installed on the top floor which is part of a zone heating system. 
 I connected to Y,G, W and Rh. Everything seems to install well, but I realized that my outside condenser is constantly running for 30 seconds every few minutes. 
Please advise.

Can you post a picture of the zone controller wiring?

If you still have it, can you post a picture of the original thermostat's wiring?

I see you don't have a C wire connected and that type of cycling can be caused by it not being installed.

@Charlton, thanks for the photos of your system configuration. A power-related issue might be the reason why you're experiencing a short cycle. As mentioned above, installing a C-wire might help provide power. Please take a look at this article and let us know if you need more help.

Yes I did, but have not had time to figure how to install a c wire. Not sure what to do because of the hz311 board

I understand installing a common wire can be confusing for your zoning board. Installing a Nest Power Connector would help. Here's a quick reference on how it works as an alternative for C wire.
