Nest thermostat will not turn the heating off

Is there an override to turn the sodding thing off? We have turned off learning, turned the temp right down, turned the thing to off turned off our hot water and it’s still turning the heating on both at night and in the day.  The boiler is working right now and it is currently 20’c I feel like throwing the bloody thing at the wall.

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about your thermostat. Can you post a screenshot of your Energy History? If you press on the day and time it happened, it will show you what turned on your heating.
