Nest thermostat wiring correct?

jlongtm

I think I wired everything correctly however when Heating the Nest does not blow as warm of air as the old thermostat.  Note: It has been in the 60’s since I installed.

Here are wiring pics from the old thermostat and the Nest.

Are you sure you have a heat pump system?

Follow the instructions provided here to change your heat source.

It's quite difficult to see the terminal letters for the old thermostat in the image - especially for that upper terminal block.  Do you have another photo? Or even a photo without the wires would help. It might also be helpful to know about your HVAC system as well.

Also check in the thermostat configuration to make sure system type and fuel and anything else about your HVAC system is correctly set.

I do not have a better picture and already tossed the old one.  Here is the current Nest system wiring configuration and a picture of the furnace model.  The house is a brand new build.

That M/N number is just for the EVAPORATOR COILS and not the complete system.

Take a look inside of the air handler/Furnace and post a picture of the terminal block on the control board inside of it.

What we are looking for is where the blue wire terminates.

I just realized I selected ELECTRIC for Heat when I initially set up the Nest.  My furnace is GAS.  How do I change this?  I think the wiring is correct
