Hey there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. If you are having issues with your device turning on and off your HVAC system, there is a chance you may need to install a C wire. I found an article with more details on the C wire. Please let me know if you are still having any trouble from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.

Best regards,
Jake

Hi Krinkletts,

Thanks for the response. Do you have any wires from the wall that isn't connected to your Nest Thermostat? If not, you can also look into the Nest Power Connector. You can click on this link to learn more about this.

Thanks,

Edward

Yes, I do not have any extra wires and I would like to know how I can get the C wire since you said I need that to fix the problem.
