Hi, I have an error code W5 I finally got in touch with customer services after a week messaging, and they are sending a refurbished nest thermostat, do I have to except a refurbished item, my one is only 6 months old?

Sorry to hear about the situation with your Nest thermostat, I understand it was important to you. But that's right, you'll get a refurbished unit, you don't have to worry about that, it is a completely functional one. Also if you have any other issues with the new one, it's still covered by the warranty.

Yes, I have a DHL label so I can return it, but I can't find a DHL express service point
