New Nest Gen 4

Bought a new house - bought a new thermostat.  What do I find when I go to install the new Nest thermostat? Only 2 wires, red and white (house is heater only)!

I find the furnace, see the furnace breadboard, I see the wires, see them go into the transformer..... then red and white out the transformer to the old thermostat - I'm going to have to run new wires... question is which one(s)

I understand you have the new Nest Learning Thermostat 4th generation and want to install it with the furnace you found, and I appreciate you providing the color of the wiring you found. I'm here to help you and work with you to find a solution. In this case, I have no access to the photographs that you provided, so if you could send the photos again. Also let me know if you notice any labeling on the red or white wires.
