No Power on Thermostat

E3 error received on my thermostat.  Reset modem & router.  Tried to reconnect the app & it indicates no power.  Worked fine up to 2 hours ago.

Pull it off the wall and check all the wires are inserted firmly and take a picture of the wires and upload it on here.
