I had nest installed this week. Ac worked fine and now doesn’t work at all.  Blowing hot air. I read your info on c wiring but this is useless to me as I don’t know how to check anything.  Help please.  Thank you. Gretchen.

Hi Gpkcovino,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this. Could you share us the following information?

  • How is your Nest Thermostat wired?
  • What is the power readings of your Nest Thermostat? You could go to your thermostat's Settings > Technical Info > Battery to get this information.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Edward

I did thanks.  The nest doesn't sync with my air conditioner and must be too advanced technologically for the systems in my house.  I am back to using my programmable unit.  Thanks.
