Not sure how to wire it

My existing thermostat has wires in W, G, R, Rc and Y. I want to connect W to W1. G to G. Y to Y1. Rc to Rc. I’m not sure if it’s ok to connect R to Rh.

You should be alright connecting the orange R wire to the Rh terminal on the Nest.

The wire on R is red. It’s still ok to connect to Rh?

Yes, it is, it looks orange on my monitor.

You can take a look at the control board in the furnace to triple-check.
