We have 2 schedules in place for our hot water and heating. The heating in the morning should come on at 5.30am and then turn off at 8.30am (the schedule for the hot water is the same as well). The boiler will turn on to heat the water again if someone in my family has a bath for example. Yet within 40 minutes the radiators having heated up start to cool down and by 7.00am are stone cold. Despite turning the thermostat up from its preset temperature of 20 to 25 degrees C the whole house remains cold and the radiators do not heat up again. The same occurs in the evening as well. I've turned off the auto schedule but that makes no difference either. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated please?

Hi there and thanks for reaching our Community. I'm sorry about the issue you're experiencing, but I'll do my best to assist you. Would you be able to share photos of the schedules in order to have them analyzed? Usually, there is a problem or a loop in the setup.

Unfortunately it is not allowing me to add a photo of the schedule.

Does it give you any particular error when you try and upload a picture?
Just to check, when the radiators are getting cold, is the thermostat display orange or black? Also, how long has the thermostat been installed for and working before you noticed this behaviour for the first time.

I cannot add a photo of the schedule as the addition of attachments isn’t permitted.

You should be able to attach a screenshot. On a desktop web-page you will see a camera icon on the reply chat window. If you are accessing the page from a mobile device you may need to grant your browser access to your media. Use the camera icon to insert a photo/screenshot.
