I am only getting cold air, saw another post with exact same issue but the 3 replies gave no info on what to do. Extremely frustrated as my 80 year old mother arrives tomorrow and it is only at 59 degrees inside, way too cold for her!

Go to advance menu. Find reversing valve option and change from O to B if you have a Ruud system

I can't locate "advanced" in the menu. I have a regular Nest.
