Sensors disconnected.

New Nest learning thermostat installed about a month ago. After about a week of operation, all 3 nest sensors disconnect. They are new but I replaced the battery anyway. Put the thermostat on another network, switched between 2.4 and 5 ghz. Have moved them and my phone to the same room as the thermostat. I have removed them from the thermostat and added them again as if new. Nothing works. Been offline for several weeks.

I am having a similar problem:

So far the best outcome I have seen came from @savasral who reported the following:

"[They were] in communication with the support team for almost over a month. Google support unfortun...

The only other alternative I have seen was a factory reset and the problem happened again anyway for  @Raffi30

I just wish Google/Nest would give more info about what the actual problem is... or make it easier to replace the malfunctioning unit(s)

I tried a software reset from the nest thermostat and it seemed like that has solved my problem.

Same thing here. I've reset the thermostat and then paired the sensor the first time it happened. It works for about a week or two and then got disconnected again. So I had to reset once again just to get it going. Let's see how long it will last until it sensors get disconnected again. BTW, the sensor batteries are brand new. Google is asking for a specific date, time and time zone of when it happened. I've provided them the info and see where it takes us.
