Temp no longer showing on APP

 I have had this for 4 years.  And now I can't see the inside temp or control it with the APP.  I Uninstalled and installed again and that didn't work. Tried to add product and thermostat showed it was already connected.  

Anyone else having this issue?

Thanks for reaching out and for the screenshots. 

Based on what you have on your Nest app now, it seems that the Nest thermostat is not there. Could you try tapping on that arrow head pointing down at the top left corner and check if there are other structures/homes there? If you see some, try selecting one of them and check if you're able to see your thermostat.
