Thermostat warranty

Our thermostat broke and we called customer services and they sent out a new part and a list of engineers to fit it, it’s all been done and replaced and I’ve got the invoices for a refund because it was still in warranty.
I’ve tried sending them to the email that I was told to ( ######### ) and it gets bounced back.
