I have two nest thermostats, had them for years with no issues. The upstairs one just started having issues connecting to via the app. When I check it out locally, it is connected to the network and everything is good. However, checking on it from a desktop or from the app on my phone, it shows offline. Now my sensor is also offline that is upstairs. Please advise...

It looks like the Nest devices is not communicating with the internet via your Wi-Fi. Have you tried restarting them including your router?
