So my Google(Nest) Thermostat reported through the Home Activity, Today, 8:30 AM * Hall "Scheduled temperature Your thermostat was set to Eco." So it went from comfort to Eco like it should. So in deed my local weather is the pits. There is an extreme weather warning for forecasted temperatures of minus 25 to minus 32 Celsius, with windchills to minus 35 Celsius(-31°F). Received the following from Google, " Your heating system failed to heat your home |
Based on your local weather and recent heating system performance, your home should’ve become warmer while the heat was on between 8:32 AM and 11:33 AM on January 10, 2022. Instead, the temperature decreased by 2°C. "
Why would Google think my house should become warmer, in the two hours, when there is no demand for heat from the Tstat because the house is in Eco mode? |

Is this forum of any use? I thought Google(Nest) or what ever they are called today responded to a customer's question?
