my nest goes to 72 then down to 61 at night and i hate it i freeze i want it 72 all day and night so what should i do and hate this nest thermostat

You can disable the learning functionality and set a schedule where it's always 72. You might also need to disable the smart eco stuff where it reduces the temp when you aren't home.
