I have an odd problem; my Nest app seems to be connected to my learning thermostat; it correctly changes the background color to orange when the furnace kicks on, and it indicates the correct setpoint and interior temperature. But changing the setpoint to a higher number does nothing; the background remains black and the heat doesn't come on. If the heat comes back on by itself, the phone app will re-sync and show the correct information. Any thoughts as to what to try first?
