My nest thermostat has been working flawlessly for 3 years now. Yesterday i was attempting to adjust the cooling with the nest app and the thermostat showed offline. On the thermostat screen, the setting has a exclamation point inside the gear. I went to network and it showed that there is a W5 code. I have gone to the Google web site and followed the trouble shooting guide, resetting the router. resetting the thermostat, removing the thermostat from the app and trying to reconnect the thermostat to the app. The result was the same, unable to connect to wifi. The thermostat does not show my network but all my other devices on the app still work ( nest cam, ect.) My wifi is working and I have not changed any of the settings in the router. Is it time to replace the thermostat or is there more that I can check?
