Hi Hudrator,
Thanks for reaching out here in the Google Nest Community.
For us to further help you, a photo of the current wiring configurations from your old thermostat would be helpful.
Also, you could check this online compatibility checker.
You could attach it to your reply and we'll be glad to assist you.
Regards,
Ryan

I can not have current configuration, since i am just seting up the system from simple gas heating to hybrid system with elecric heat pump . Thats why i asked, if there is picture of connection - i found a lot on internet, but i dont get function as is reverse valve, do i need it conected for heating ?? Another is emergency heating - its aux heater, so do i have to shortcut those two or i can programm that ?? Simply thinking if nest is best for us or not 🙂 Thank you guys...

Hey Hudrator,
Sorry for the late reply. I wanted to follow up with you. We only have limited information on HVAC systems, and I would recommend reaching out to a pro for more details on how to connect those. Please let me know if you have any questions about the Nest Thermostat, as I would be happy to review.
Best regards,
Jake
