Google wifi guest no internet connection while mainline has internet

So it’s basically as I say.  WiFi guest setup is showing no internet connection while the main connection is working just fine.  Can’t figure out the issue since it’s coming from the same internet source.

Sorry about the guest network issues you're seeing. That sounds quite confusing. Let's get this figured out. I have a few questions that can help us narrow down some suggestions.

  • Does the guest network ever come online, or is it constantly offline?
  • Was it ever working normally before, or has it always struggled to connect?
  • Do you have any devices that struggle to connect to the main network?

If you can let me know anything else going on, we can get this worked out.

I reset the routers and pretty much the whole system.  I also changed the name to something else and now it connects while it take a little longer to connect most devices connect.
