Hey google stopped working.

I have the google nest wifi router with two additional wifi points. Everything was working fine, both of them responding to "hey google" commands. Recently, they both stopped responding completely. I tried to factory reset on one of them but it still doesn't respond. The mesh test is completed and it has great connection. Can anyone help?

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry for this experience.

Please make sure that the Google Nest Wifi points are not muted. You can also check if your devices were able to catch your voice commands. Here's how: open the Google Home app > Tap on the Account icon at the top right > My Activity > Scroll down to see if it records your most recent commands.
