Cincinnati Bell Fioptics charges a monthly fee for the Google WiFi and points. In an effort to lower my costs they said I could purchase my own modem and that the Google Nest was a good choice.
I purchased one today and tried to install tonight. It could not connect to my home network because I had unplugged the Google WiFi. There is only one jack in the house. I was on the Google Home app on my iPhone and could not figure out a way to do it. The Nest was plugged into the WiFi jack in the wall. I could create a new network but that doesn’t really help.
What am I missing? Cincinnati Bell said it was easy to switch them out.
thanks for any help!
Deb

Hi, Deb92641.
It looks like you were able to get your questions and worked out. I just wanted to see if you had any other questions or to see if you were all set here. If you need anything else, just let me know.
Thanks!
