Nest WiFi pro adapter

Hi all,

I recently got a wifi pro but the dog has chewed the 22W AC adapter. I am based in the uk and have been unable to find a spare. Can anyone recommend where I could find a replacement as my searches so far have only found the previous 15W adapter.

I'm in the same boat I spoke to support they said the only way to get a new one is to buy another wifi point

• External adapter: 22.5 W (10 V/2.25 A)

So now I just have a piece of plastic because nobody can get us an adapter? That's pretty lame. Why would Google sell something they can't sell a replacement part for? And why do people keep putting specs for the adapter up? If I could have found one that matched the specs I would have never even had to get on this community. So if you have a link to one that's going to work please share that if not I will just have to continue to put posts about how Google sells products with no replacement parts, especially not even cheap products with no support.

Yes we did. Still waiting on a reply but from what my contact with the google store they dont stock it yet. None of the authorised retailers stock it (at least online)

I don't own a Nest Wifi Pro myself. Specifications (below) says 10v (voltage), 2.25A (amperage). Which gives 22.5W, rounded down to 22W apparently.

So try to find a power adapter with following properties:

• The same exact voltage
• The same exact or higher amperage
• The same plug (I don't know the dimensions)
• The same polarization (should be drawn on the power brick)

For reference, my Nest Wifi router (AC2200) has following specifications for the power adapter plug:

• Plug outer diameter: 3.5mm
• Plug inner diameter: 1.35mm
• Plug length: 10mm
• Polarity: Positive/+ in the middle

Has anyone found alternatives? We moved recently, and we are missing 2 power cables, Im not going to buy 2 new WiFi just to have a power cable, I can't believe that Google does not have a replacement; this has to be illegal with all the USB-c and power issues for iPhones...

Same thing happened to me ans I tried the ac adapter for my android box.  It worked.  Have had this working for months without issue.

Specs on that box says 5v 2A = 10W. Vs 10v 2.25A = 22.5W of the original Nest Wifi Pro power adapter. But if it works, it works.

The size and type of the barrel tip is: 

Center Positive Barrel Tip (VERY important to match this)  - look for the symbol that indicates center positive - google what the symbol looks like to be able to match it

No I bought a new set at costco took the good one out put my bad one in and returned the set back.

As long as it's:

• Voltage == 10v
• Amperage >= 2.25a
• Barrel plug size: 5.5mm (outer Ø) x 2.1mm (inner Ø) x 12mm (length)
• Barrel plug polarization: Positive center

It should work. There are some adjustable voltage generic ones that should work. Like:
