No point setup code. Have read the other threads and have searched for the code but cannot find it.

I cannot find the setup code on my nest wifi point. I have searched diligently. I do however have the original package. It has the QR of the router but nothing for point although there are 3 bar codes.

This is an ac1200 point bought from the Google store in set with the router.

Hi, JUERGE.

The setup code you are looking for is sort of hard to see. Sorry it's been difficult, and I'm sure it's been confusing. The code is actually imprinted into the device itself. You need to have good light to see it, as it's engraved and not printed in ink or on a label. Maybe take your phone's light and look around on the bottom of the device. You should be able to find it, but it does take a close inspection.

I cannot find it on the rubber. I have looked with reading glasses and light. I have had others look. Are we looking in the correct place?

Since I have the original packaging from google store, is there anything on the packaging that can help? I am getting frustrated. A sticker falling off should not be this difficult.

By any chance are you able to take a picture of the bottom of your point and share it here? I'm interested to see if something is just different about your device for some reason and that would clear things up for us.
