Telstra modem google wifi setup

I have a Telstra router but use origin broadband ( think its aussie broadband ) trying to add a google nest wifi and additional units but even after reseting my router i cannot get it to set up

 

I want to be able to control certain devices and access times using the nest setup but getting frustrated, any help would be great

Thanks for the response, I've followed the instructions, I get a message saying it cannot connect, asks me to enter some WAN details or restart my router which I have done, I still cannot connect

I've not fixed this issue, I think I need to do something to the actual router to make it just a modem

Hello again nselby,

Thanks for the update. You may need to enable bridge mode on your modem router. Check if that helps. I’ll keep this thread open for a few days to give you time to reply back to us. Feel free to let us know if you have any follow-up questions for now.
