Wifi point details

I've recently moved house and so resetting up my nest network. My issue is that I renamed my points for my old house, and now I cannot tell which point is which in the app, in order to rename them.

How do I identify each point in the app, when they've already been renamed?

Power off one of them, see what point went offline in the Google Home app?

Thanks both, I eventually did have to unplug each one,  map it and rename.
