I have the Google nest wifi. It’s supposed to plug into my router and then it has another point. It won’t connect.

I have the the one with the chord connected..plugged into my modem, that’s the one that won’t connect: then I have what I guess is called an access point.

Hi, DesperateinAtla.
Sorry for the setup issues you're facing. I'm sure that's frustrating. Before I can jump in as well, we do need a bit more information. Were you able to get the main router set up, or is that where it fails? Is the setup issue on the WiFi point or router?
When we know what device is involved, we can sort this out. I look forward to hearing back.
Thanks,
- Jeff

I’m a real person with a real problem…I just forgot to log back in to respond and has been responding to the Email instead (when clearly the email goes no where) told you I’m challenged…hence the reason I can’t get this thing set up! Sorry for the delayed response…I’m appreciative of any guidance you or Jeff can provide

Hey, DesperateinAtla.
Sorry to hear you're still having troubles getting the router set up. Here's the step-by-step guide for setting the entire mesh system up, from the router to the points: https://bit.ly/3qrcX7a.
Start right from the beginning, and where the process is failing, let me know what step you are on. Once we see where the process is stopping, we can figure out what is holding things up. I'll be happy to help you get this up and working fully.
Thanks,
- Jeff

Hi again, DesperateinAtla.
I'm circling back to see if you saw my last reply there and if you were able to find where the process was failing.
Thanks,
- Jeff

Hi, everyone.
Just one quick final check in here since activity has slowed down from the OP. We'll be locking the thread in the next 24 hours, but if you still need help, I would be happy to keep it open. If there's more we can do, just let me know.
Thanks,
- Jeff

I have Xfinity wifi and I have the nest mesh for thing but it won’t connect: I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be doing: I’ve had it for months

i guess the next step is to connect virtually so that I can see what were working with. So are you interested in connecting through Googll Meet so that that we may meet, connect and actually try to help you out. I will be honest, I feel like thats the only way due to the information I'm recieving. NOTE: well we need to get you fixed all up so you need to be progressive, their is no need to have all that tech and not be able to use it. Lets get you fixed! if we plan in advance there aint no reason why we can actually connect through the Nest.
