It slows down a lot and also sometimes i get disconnected

Use to have another mesh system before I upgrade to 1gig fiber optic and it worked good. Just bought these nest wifi pro, and speeds goes up and down and the other points are close by, and still don't connect to good. I also loose internet connection...
