No ADT Promotion Code Received

I've had Nest Secure for many years now and really liked the system before Nest was bought by Alphabet.
Now they are killing this entire technology and discontinuing the system I've invested so much into extras for.
Did not receive no promotion code from ADT to replace my Nest Secure.
Called Google Tech Support and got transferred my call to Google Nest Support.
Google Nest Support connected to my Nest account and I've authenticated it via email.
Google Nest Support confirmed that my Nest Secure unit qualifies for the promotion.
Apparently, the qualification they stated on the phone, is having been activated prior to April 2022.
Then they said somebody will email me the code within 24 to 48 hours.
Three days later, there's nothing, not a beep.
Emailed Google Tech Support again and now I'm stuck in the neverending loop.
They reply and tell me to verify my email, I successfully do that and get the all-go from google, then they repeat the same again.
How can I get my ADT promotion code without starting a class action lawsuit?

I am in the same boat, except mine is a slightly different lie. In my case they lie and say it has already been redeemed, yet nothing shows on my account and no one can tell my how it was redeemed or what account redeemed it. They screwed us on the Secure and they know the ADT system is absolute garbage so they are going to screw us again. I’m game for any class action.
