If you can't store passwords after connecting nest connect this worked for me last night.
I removed the nest secure from my nest app even if it showed up as offline. After removing nest secure from nest app I was then able to store my passcodes.

Remove the Nest Secure from the Nest App even if it shows offline: There could be a conflict between Nest Secure and Yale x Lock when both are managed through the Nest App. Removing Nest Secure might resolve this conflict and allow the Yale x Lock password to function again.
