Blank screen

Hi ... the google nest hub bought online in Apr 2023 now in June 2023 has the screen blank issue..pls advise further thank you

Hi Dktzeurope,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. Let me help you. Is it powered on? (Turn on the privacy switch to check if the light comes on, or ask a question and check if the Assistant responds.) Is the brightness offset in the Google Home App not set too low? Try to reboot your Google Nest Hub. If that did not work, perform a factory reset to put it back to its original state, then set it up as a new device.
