Up until last week, I was able to stream audio from a Bluetooth device to my Google Home display and then send it to two other Google Nest Mini speakers, effectively having the audio playing everywhere.

I have exactly the same issue.
From my phone or my turntable I am streaming music to my Google Nest Hub Max which is himself link to a group of 2 google nest audio and select by default. But the sound is only played on the Google Nest Hub Max.

Thanks for posting. Let's sort this out.
A few questions: what troubleshooting steps have you done so far? Just to confirm that you are trying to play music via bluetooth through the group speakers?

Hello, I did pair the bluetooth device directly to the pair of google nest audio to make it work. I didn't find the way to push the music throw all 3 speakers ( Google nest audio + Google Nest Hub Max ).
