Trying to set up my Nest Hub Max to a network that already has cameras and thermostat successfully connected to it. Plugged it in and followed directions with the Google Home App but not seeing the device. Tried every thing suggested - a different device to set up, force restarting the app, wifi on and off, even looking for the device on wifi - nothing worked. I finally went to factory reset it and I can't even do that! I hold down the volume buttons for ten seconds (and much longer) and nothing.
Any help?

Thanks for doing all those steps.
A few questions: is this the first time you're setting up your Google Nest Hub Max? Are you getting any message when connecting your device to your network? If so, can we ask when and where you purchase your device? Also, have you tried setting it up using a different network or mobile hotspot?
