Cannot connect to Home Mini at all

Hi, I moved from the UK to Spain some months ago and since then I haven't been able to use ym Home Mini. I just constantly get messages saying that it can't connect, that I need to be close to it etc when I'm literally holding it on my lap.

My WiFi is good at I'm using the same phone that I was before. Even going through the Utility app, it still won't connect. Please help 😭
