My display screen stuck with black screen and G in the middle, tried all resets and power cable from other displays that still work. And still black screen with G in the middle. This started on 2/08/2022

The same happened to mine on the same day. I tried a factory reset with no change. Any further tips support?

Hi,
There are a few community members reporting the same issue with their devices being stuck on the "G" screen.
Please try a factory reset again just to see if that helps. I will escalate this thread to the Community Specialists here so they can better help.

I'd like to gather some details — when did the this start? Are you using the official power adapter that came with the Nest display? Also, have you tried plugging the device to a different power outlet?
