Google Hub not able to cast Peacock from my Pixel 6 Pro

I have 3 Nest Hubs, running Fuchsia version 11.20230306.3.135, software version 52.94.21.547883872, Chromecast firmwear version 1.63.362882. I am unable to cast Peacock from my Pixel 6 Pro, it tries, shows the Peacock logo on the screen and then says we have encountered an error and closes. I have cleared app info from Peacock, and also uninstalled and reinstalled the app and have the same issue. 

Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. A few questions: when did it begin? Were there any recent changes made? Are you able to cast using other apps? If possible, use another phone, install the Peacock app, and observe if it makes a difference.

Hello Juni,

I tried to cast from a moto g pure running android 12 and it it did the same thing, This stopped working a few weeks ago, but not exactly sure when. I haven't made any changes that I am aware of and yes I can cast other apps, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Paramount+ . I did however find that Xfinity Streams ran into the same issue as Peacock.

Understood. I’m glad that other apps are working fine. Have you had the chance to contact both app developers? Could you also send us a screenshot of the message when it happens on both apps?
