Google Nest Audio Bluetooth connection issues

Maju

I keep having Google nest Audio Bluetooth connectivity issues. Does not stay connected and have to reset everything several times a day for it to play music. Ive had my original purchase replaced and connectivity issue is still the same with this new one.  Does not play music for more than few minutes. Please help.

Hi Maju,

This is not the experience we want you to have; let me help you. A few questions: when did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? What device are you connecting your Nest Audio to via Bluetooth?

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router, followed by your Nest speakers.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.

Hello again,

I wanted to follow up and see if you are still in need of any help. Have you had the chance to try the suggestion above? If yes, how is it?

Kind regards,

Dan

1. Issue began soon I plugged the nest audio in outlet and i connected it to my phone.
2. No changes made.
3. To my iphone 12 pro max.
4. I have to reboot all the time in order for it to work more than 10 min and it’ll drop Bluetooth connection again and again.
I’ve restarted my router and everything else also.

problem still remains and really frustrating

Hello Maju,

Thank you for that helpful information. You mentioned that even though this is a newly replaced Nest Audio, the Bluetooth behavior is still the same. Could you try connecting it to another phone? Also, it would be a big help if you could unpair and disable the Bluetooth connection your phone had.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Dan
