I have been using Google home/nest products since the Gen 1 home and never encountered this particular issue before. I recently bought two new Nest Audio Speakers and they occasionally wont stop playing music (youtube music) when asked. No command or phrase will make them stop and the only way to do it is to unplug them or press Stop in the Home app (pause does not work). Further, they CONSTANTLY interrupt nearly every song with "Your account is being used on another device" despite me going through all of the troubleshooting for that. I am a breath away from selling all our Google products and switching ecosystems. Thank you for your help.

Hi comacdo,
This is not the experience we want you to have; let me help you. A few questions: aside from your two Nest Audios, which Nest speakers are also affected? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? Is it also happening on other music services?
It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:
If the issue persists, revert your Nest Audio back to its default settings by doing a factory reset. Set it up again. Here’s how:
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
Dan
