Google Nest Hub Max will not power on

My Hub MAX recently will not power on at all.  The power cable is putting out the correct voltage, but the device is dead.  I tried customer support but didn't get a replacement.  Are there any troubleshooting tricks I could possibly try?  Since it's totally dead and I can't get a replacement, it can't hurt to try anything to get it working.
