Hello, last week my Google Nest hub display stopped working, ie Black screen & no response to voice or touch. When i unplugged & replugged it, it simply went to a grey screen with a White 'G' in the middle. thats where it remained. i tried several times to reboot it, same result. I did a factory reset of the device & the same result again. it has been plugged into at least 4 different power sources, same result each time. Anther 4 tries to reset the device to Factory settings, but every time, it just sits at the Grey Screen. The device is not found in the Google Home app.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey guys, I had the same problem.
try this tip, it worked in my Nest.
after doing the reboot as advised, and the Nest in the grey screen, I pressed and hold for a few seconds both volume button until the acoustic signal. Aftercthat, the nest headed to resetting Simple as that, hope it works with yours. Cheers
