My google has been stuck on the loading “G” screen for a couple of days, it’s fully unresponsive. We have tried unplugging for a night or leaving it plugged in for the day still unresponsive. The google home app also has no access into my google home so I am not able to reset it as it isn’t being recognized. Can someone help me please!
