Google max Bluetooth not working

We got a Bluetooth turntable for Christmas and was able to connect it to our Google max, but after a few days it stopped connecting.

We have tried to re-pair, but the turntable no longer shows up. It seems like the blue tooth functionality is no longer working on the speaker. We have been able to pair the turntable with oth Bluetooth speakers

Shannan1815, that certainly hasn't been easy for you — let me help. Have you tried rebooting your turntable and Google Home Max? Try reinstalling your Google Home app. Also, could you try saying "Ok Google, clear all paired devices"? Once done, try pairing it again to your turntable.

I have tried rebooting both devices and that did not help. Currently there are no devices showing as paired when I look in the Google Home App.

Hey Shannan1815,

 

Chiming in to ensure everything is covered here. To confirm, have you tried connecting your Google Max to a different device like phone/tablet? If yes, and you have the same issue - proceed with resetting your device to refresh all the settings. On the back of Home Max, press and hold the factory reset button, located near the power cord, for about 12 seconds. Your Home Max will let you know that it's resetting. Once done, set up the device then try pairing it with your turntable.
