Google nest hub no enciende

Mi Google Nest hub no enciende, cuando lo enchufo la pantalla se queda en el símbolo de Google en blanco y negro y no pasa de ahí.

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear about what happened to your device. 

 

We'd be happy to take a look into this for you. A few questions: are you using the original power adapter? Are other devices able to receive power from the same outlet? What happens when you try to reset the device? Also, it would help a lot if you send us a short video showing the issue on your device.

Buenos días, 

me encontrado exactamente con el mismo problema, de un día para otro mi google nest hub se queda con la pantalla en negro con el logo de google y no pasa de ahí.

Tras reiniciarle ocurre lo mismo, sale la animacion de google de siempre y después ya se queda con el logo en negro.

También he probado a resetearlo de fabrica pero llegas al mismo punto.

¿Hay solución? He visto que es un problema muy común en los google home hub nest / 2 y Max.

Darnos una solución porfavor.
