Google nest mini wont connect to wifi

Hi I keep trying to set up my Google best mini. Every time I get to the WiFi part and it tries connecting to WiFi it loses the device. No matter how many times I try. I have tried looking it up and got nothing. The WiFi password is correct it just won't work. Can someone please explain this to me?

Please answer the following: is this the first time you've set up your Google Nest Mini? What's the message that you're getting? What other troubleshooting steps have you tried?

If you haven't already, factory reset your Google Nest Mini first, then uninstall and reinstall your Google Home app. Once done, set up the speaker and let me know how it goes.
