I currently have two Google nest speakers, we had some Wi-Fi issues that got resolves. Wi-Fi was restored and now both devices are not working. It doesn’t even display the speakers when you searching for devices.

You didn't mention what changes you might have made to resolve your Wi-Fi issues or whether those changes involved changing your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password. If you did make such changes, perhaps this Google Nest Help page on changing the Wi-Fi network of your speaker or display might be helpful:
