Hey candysu802,
Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear about your Google Nest Hub - help is here.
A few questions - when did the issue start? Where and when did you purchase your device? Have you tried resetting your Nest Hub? Also, please check the firmware version of your device. Please make sure to share a photo showing the information needed.
Looking forward to your response.
Cheers,
Muddi

Hi Muddi,
The issue started back in Aug 2021. The device was purchased in Dec 2018 in Australia. I have not tried resetting the hub. I can't check the firmware as the half of the screen which shows the firmware can't be read anymore.
Thanks,
Ziyen

Hey candysu802,
Apologize for the delays. Please proceed with resetting your Google Nest Hub by pressing and holding both volume buttons together, at the back of the Nest Hub, for about 10 seconds. You'll hear your Google Assistant confirm that it's resetting the Nest Hub.
If it's still the same, we can say that this is more of a hardware issue. Since the device was purchased 4 yrs ago, then probably it's out of warranty already.
Cheers,
Muddi

Hi Muddi,
It's still the same. It's unfortunate but 'll get the device replaced.
