How can my son make a call from my google nest

My son does not have a phone or any device ( because hes autistic and breaks them). Is there a way to enable him to make a phone call on my google nest smart speaker to my phone number. He has a gmail account for school but no device that is "his".  Or is there a way for me to call the google nest to contact hin at home?
